2011 Chateau Beausejour La Petite Robe Poivree

Very beautiful purple and intense color. Fruity, spicy (pepper) and pure nose . Delicately velvety entry. The wine starts to melt with race and lots of fruit in the middle. Quite full, it ends on a dynamic finish, with coated tannins. Fun and outfit. A lot of precision in the constitution of the texture.

Grape varietals: 70% merlot and 30% cabernet franc

Wine Style: An impressive, peppery Bordeaux with notes of berries.

2015 Chateau Les Maubats, Bordeaux Superior Rouge

2015 Sinor La Vallee Syrah

Specializing in wines grown 1.2 miles from the Pacific Ocean at our estate Bassi Vineyard near Avila Beach, in the heart of the San Luis Obispo wine country. The wines naturally reflect their pronounced coastal terroir, as well as the impassioned viticultural handwork that we bring to our vines and soils. The effect of these elements is highly local and personal—the hallmarks of Sinor-LaVallee. 

Grape varietals: 100% Shiraz/Syrah

Wine style: Full bodied with a soft and silky mouthfeel.

2015 Red Tail Teroldego

Deep purple red in the glass. Cassis, blueberries, boysenberries, cocoa powder and mint aromas on the nose. Silky smooth, medium body with notes of blackberries, baking spices, licorice and notes of tobacco on the palate, integrated with firm yet ripe tannins and soft, present acidity. Long, spicy finish. Layers of flavors and textures makes this a sophisticated and well-made wine that would make Italians proud!

Grape: Teroldego 

Wine Style: Warm baking spices and wet earth, threads of mint, straw, worn leather in the backdrop of a concentrated ripe
plum and black cherry core.
