Grape: 100% Sangiovese
Wine Style: To be paired with hearty meals this deep ruby red wine is complex to the nose with spicy and fruity notes.
This winery and vineyard has been converting to organic methods for the past three years. As of June 2019, they've become fully organic. The grapes they harvest come from their 5.5-hectare vineyard located in Montefalco area of Italy.
Grape Varietals: Sangiovese, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Sagrantino
Wine Style: The excitement of a good glass of table wine, 6 months, part in barrique and part in steel and one year in bottle, perfumes of Umbria.
Red ruby color, aromas of cherry plum, and spices like cloves. Cabernet Sauvignon brings softness, good tannins, and a pleasant notes to spices. The Syrah gives it freshness with pleasant aromas and good acidity. It has a very velvety palate with soft tannins, light acidity, and good freshness.
