Made from the Cayuga White grape grown in our Fosterville and other local vineyards, a simple semi-dry white wine, with a fresh grape-apple nose, very light on the palate.

This winery and vineyard, located in Montefalco, Italy, began converting to organic methods three years ago. As of June 2019, they became fully organic.

Grechetto bianco is a white Italian wine grape variety of Greek origins. This popular grape is planted throughout central Italy, particularly in the Umbria region. This wine is made from 100% Grechetto grapes. Traditional to the style, this wine is brimming with lemon, green apple and pear both on the nose and the palate rounding out with grassy traits and aromatic herbs reminiscent of thyme, sage to finish. Pair this Grechetto bianco with herby pasta sauces. You might also like to try this wine with Castelluccio Lentils with tomatoes and a vegan sub for gorgonzola, as a typical dish of the Umbrian region.
Grape: 100% Grechetto
Medium bodied red with soft tannins and a medium acidity. Flavors of ripe cherries, herbaceous, fruity but with a touch of earthiness. Finely textured with a long finish.
Wine Style: Dark ruby color. Ripe black cherries and black currant scent, spice scents such as mint and black pepper feel cool.
