Grape Varietals: Sauvignon Blanc
This wine is fermented in a stainless steel drum and aged for approximately 12 months over selected lees with no malolactic fermentation. On sight the wine has pale green shades with a lot of brightness which show youth and freshness. The nose is elegant with some green peppers, white fruit and medicinal herb notes. The palate is silky and fresh with a lovel finish.
The Sauvignon Blanc was planted in 2012 on the northern riverbank of Larqui river surrounded by wild forest. The sails are composed of fine volcanic sands (basalt and andelsite) with a portion of clay that helps with moisture retention.
